The Cretan native tea  Dittany or Dictamos is endemic in Crete and has medical properties known since antiquity. 

It is a plant stimulant of the digestive system , soothing the pain of the stomach and intestines.

It also helps as a diuretic, soothes the headache and toothache.

Beneficial to scurvy and inermittent fever.

Dittany is also called as erontas or dictamos.

it is collected by hand from mountainous areas and rugged coastal rocks. 

Dried in a shady place at a temperature not exceeding 35o C.

How to prepare :  Water (in 90-100 degrees) and 1-2 tsp of Herbs. 

The perfect time is arount 5min.

For cold drink boil half a cup and add ice water.
